We've had a thorough read through the Council's 'Urban Design Guide' (so you don't have to!)
This is an adopted planning document which amounts to a Policy Statement and indicates how the Council intends to deal with planning applications from now until 2026. If the Council really means what it says, any housing development at Hollicombe would be ruled out. Scroll down for the relevant excerpts highlighted in green!
